Crossley Road to close for eight weeks as electricity improvement works resume Scottish Power Energy Networks are investing in the electricity network in the Crossley Road area of St Helens in order to improve the quality and reliability of local power supplies.
The project commenced during December but roadworks were suspended due to the Christmas Bank Holidays.
As a result, the road will be will be closed from St John’s Church to the Stafford Road junction for approximately eight weeks from Monday 16 January.
Temporary traffic signals will be in place on Thatto Heath Road at its junction with Crossley Road until Sunday 29 January.
