Changes to the way you contact council

St Helens Council would like to inform residents of changes to the way
residents can get in touch via the Contact Centre.

From 4 January, phone lines will be open 8am-6pm weekdays (Monday to
Friday) and 10am-2pm Saturdays. Call 01744 676789.

Self-service kiosks have now been installed within the Contact Centre
reception, which allow residents to beat the queues and get served more
quickly. The Contact Centre at Wesley House, Corporation Street, WA10 1HF, will continue to open 9am-5pm weekdays.

More and more residents are getting in touch using the free mobile app – a
quick and handy way to contact the council on the go. Search ‘St.Helens’ in your respective app store or visit www.sthelens.gov.uk/mobileapp and try it out!
